Lillian Virginia Wells Boone, on Saturday, December 17, 2022 our Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Aunt was called to her heavenly home at Hospice Care in Lewisburg WV. She was a Godly woman who loved the Lord and her family. She set an example to all who knew her.
This precious beautiful lady was a modest and humble woman. She was kind to all and was like an angel walking the earth.
Virginia worked on the farm where she raised her family. She worked in sales. She went to college as an adult. She worked on the Quinwood ambulance as an EMT. She gave emergency and palliative care to family and used her skills for a career helping people for little wage.
"Seldom has God given so much to so many people through one woman". The earth will be a little darker without her in it and Heaven will rejoice in her presence. We, as her family, are so proud of who she was. We will miss her profoundly.
Virginia was born on September 13, 1932 at Quinwood, WV. She was the first born child of Isaac Arlie and Carrie McCutcheon Rader. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her first husband, William Gale Wells and her second husband John Edwin Boone. Also, two brothers, Paul Rader and Roger Rader and her sister Jane O'Dell.
Those left to cherish her memory are: son, William Douglas Wells; daughter, Dianna Lynn Wells; stepson, Rick Boone; stepdaughter, Oretha Morgan; sisters, Janice Kimlin and Mary Lou Jones; grandchildren; Douglas Gale Wells, Laura Bates, Jessica Rice and Christopher Wells; great grandchildren: Levi, Liberty and Ayla Wells and Rebecca and Benjamin Bates.
She attended Mt. Urim Baptist Church of Leivasy, WV.
