Linda M. Hamacher, 77, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025 at the University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She was born April 26, 1948 in Olean, Missouri the daughter of the late Denver and Hazel (Bunch) Scott. On February 14, 1965 she was united in marriage to Ronald Hamacher who survives of the home.

Children, Gina Miller (Mel); Shelly Williams (Fred)
Grandchildren, Josh Runyan (Kayla); Nicolas Runyan (Kristen); Rachel Hoskins (Josh); Lucas Runyan; Audra Luby (Jonathan) and Erin Williams
Great-Grandchildren, June and Daisy Runyan; Brooklee Runyan; Milo and Jesse Hoskins; Royce Luby
Sister, Janis Leffert
Nephews, Jason Musick (Michelle); Derek Leffert
Along with her parents a brother-in-law, Larry Leffert preceded her in death.
Linda retired in 2010 from the state of Missouri where she worked in the probation and parole division. She was a member of the Tuscumbia Assembly of God Church where she was active in praise and worship and played bass. She was an avid gardener and won Eldon's Yard of the Month and loved writing poetry for her family. Linda was a wonderful cook and loved to host family and friends in her home but her greatest joy came from spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO. Funeral Service will be Friday, July 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Tuscumbia Assembly of God Church with Pastor Tim Drake officiating. Burial will follow at Greenmore Memorial Gardens in Barnett, MO.
Memorials in her name are suggested to Greenmore Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
