Lisa Block Obituary
Lisa Marie Block, 61, of Otway, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City.
Lisa dedicated her career to serving others as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Carteret and Craven Counties. She approached her work with pride and unwavering dedication, always striving to provide the best care possible to those she served.
Above all else, Lisa valued her family deeply. Her love and commitment to them were central to her life and brought her great joy.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Refuge Fellowship Church on Harkers Island with Pastor Manley Rose officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00pm on Saturday at the church.
She is survived by her son, Jason Lee Davis of Supply, NC; daughter, Alicia Rae Robbins and husband, Michael of Havelock; daughter, Kayla Renee Fulp and husband, Reis of Newport; daughter, Rosie Marie Davis of Otway; partner, Buddy Yeomans of Harkers Island; five grandchildren, Amber Davis of Otway; Lucas Davis of Otway, Zoey Fulp of Newport; Logan Fulp of Newport; Braelyn Robbins of Havelock; great granddaughter, Ansleigh Mason of Otway; brother, Wayne Gillikin of Havelock; sister, Debra Wade of Otway.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Melva Gillikin; three sisters: Vickie Guthrie, Sherry Scott, Teresa Gillikin; brother, Michael Gillikin.
