Lisa Marie Cavanagh passed away on June 30, 2025 at the age of 45 surrounded by loving family and friends.
She was born in Stratford, New Jersey on June 22, 1980 and graduated from Woodbury Jr, Sr High School in 1998. Lisa graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kutztown University in 2002 and Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Lasalle University in 2004. Her career started at Bucks County Intermediate Unit in Pennsylvania before achieving her dream job at St John of God Community Services and Archbishop Damiano School in Westville, NJ. There she was a Speech Therapist to special needs children for over seventeen years. Her self-proclaimed greatest accomplishment was raising three amazing children to become wonderful young men.
Lisa is survived by her husband of 21 years, Joseph Allan Cavanagh Jr and their sons, Owen, Quinton, and Nolan, her brother Micheal Conway (Becky), and parents Patricia Conway (Stichler) and Alan Conway.
Services will be held at First United Methodist Church in Benton, AR on Tuesday July 8, 2025 at 6:30pm and on Wednesday July 16, 2025 at Chews United Methodist Church in Glendora, NJ at 6:30pm.
