Lois was born in Escanaba, MI on November 3, 1938 to Richard and Lucille Comstock. She married L.E. Erwin on November 5th in Flint, MI.
Lois had a zest for life and was always ready to try something new. She loved working in her yard and taking care of her pool. Most mornings you would find her sitting on the deck, drinking coffee, reading a book, and listening to the tree frogs. The love she had for her family was endless and she was always there to help in any situation. She enjoyed a lot of adventures throughout her life, from rodeos, riding motorcycles, going to bike rallies in Florida and South Dakota, Kid Rock concerts and many more. Her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving because she loved having her family together around the table. Her favorite pastime was Bingo, where she made a lot of friends. Lois will be definitely missed by her kids, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, and friends.
She is survived by her children: Terry Erwin, Rick Erwin, and Gary (Shelly) Erwin; grandchildren: Shane (Katie) Erwin, Rickelle (Brandin) Thompson, Gary L. Erwin, and Dustin (Laurie) Erwin; great grandchildren: Houston, Ella, Ryker Baylaa, Layne, and Maddox; nephew, Chuck Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.E. Erwin; sons: Mark and Oliver; grandchild, Trinity; sister, Jeannette; and daughter-in-law, Carol.
