Ms. Lois Elaine Wilson of Columbia, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025 at her residence, having attained the age of 71 years, 11 months and 6 days. She was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on Wednesday, July 22, 1953, the daughter of Guy B. and Autna E. (Janes) Wilson. She was of the Christian Faith, and worked as a secretary for Adair county Board of Education. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Paternal grandparents, Virge & Maudie (Conrad) Wilson, Maternal grandparents, Elmer & Lyda (Coffey) Janes.
She is survived by her brother, Wendell B. Wilson of Breeding, Kentucky, nephew, Andrew Wilson of Campbellsville, Kentucky, fur babies, Snowball, Nevis, best friends, Cindy Hardy, Steve Handy, Bryan Rich, Deb Jolliff, Laura Hadley, Tina Hauley, Tammy Jones, Linda Helm, and Martha Lacy.
A graveside service was conducted on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. at the White Hill Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky, with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Casket Bearers were Wendell Wilson, Danny Conrad, Danny James, Bryan Rich, Jackie Fletcher, and Mike Harvey.
Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of all the arrangements.
