Lori Lee Lopez, age 36, of Sarita, Texas, peacefully passed away on July 3, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 19, 1989, in Kingsville, Texas.
Lori was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. A retired housewife, she filled her days with the things and people she loved most. Lori had a deep appreciation for music of all genres and especially enjoyed watching her husband perform on stage. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life-crafting thoughtful gift baskets, solving crossword puzzles, and baking delicious treats for her family.
She touched many lives with her warmth, creativity, and kind spirit. Lori's presence brought light to those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Lopez, and her brother, Alex Lopez.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Lionel Longoria Jr. of Sarita; her mother, Cindy Lozano (Lorenzo Olivares) of San Diego, Texas; her son, Eric Lopez; her daughter, Alixiana Longoria; her brother, Ricky (Kayla) Lopez Jr. of San Diego; her sister, Monica Deleon Martinez of Alice; and her beloved nieces and nephews: Jayla Lopez, Jalexis Lopez, Kourtney Lopez, Kaylani Lopez, and Ryder Lopez. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Riviera, Texas with Father Andy Sensenig officiating. Burial will follow at Riviera Cemetery.
