Morabito, Louise R., age 95, of Hawthorne, on Monday, August 25, 2025. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Paterson, Louise had lived in Hawthorne since 1965 and was a faithful parishioner of St. Anthony R.C. Church in Hawthorne. With her husband, Louise managed Chief Fire Equipment in Lodi and IDM Medical Gas Company in Wyckoff before retiring. She enjoyed golfing and had been a member of the Nine Holers at North Jersey Country Club.

Louise was the beloved wife of Eugene Morabito. Loving mother of Joe Morabito and his wife Patty of Ringwood, Patricia Piccoli and her husband Michael of Jupiter, FL, and Denise Morabito-Gonnello and her husband Robert of North Haledon. Dear grandmother of Heather Casillo and her husband Joseph, Dr. Joseph Morabito, Maria Hutchinson, Michael Piccoli and his wife Kourtney, Adam Piccoli and his wife Jodi, Eugene Gonnello and his wife Cristina, Anthony Gonnello, Samantha Gonnello, Bobbi Jo Gonnello, Danielle Mott and her husband Dante and Ashley Hutnyan and her husband Shane. Dearest great-grandmother of Joey, Gianna, Louisa, Enzo, Ava, Olivia, Sophia, Angelina, Cristina, Emily, Presley, Charlotte, Zoey, Evie, Aubreanna, Shayla and Payton. Louise is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

PLEASE NOTE: The Morabito family has requested the Funeral mass be rescheduled from 9:30am to 10:30am on Friday, August 29.

Funeral will depart at 10:00am on Friday, August 29, 2025 from the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Ave., Hawthorne, for a 10:30am funeral mass at St. Anthony R.C. Church in Hawthorne. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum in Totowa. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8pm.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Anthony R.C. Church, 276 Diamond Bridge Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ 07506.
