Lynda Diane Fisher, 77, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at 10:20 p.m. on August 6, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength. A devoted wife to the late Robert Lee Fisher and a proud mother of five, Lynda was known for her unwavering spirit and hard-headed nature. She often spoke her mind and stood up for what she believed in. With unwavering faith, Lynda believed in God and the promise of heaven. Born on February 11, 1948, she was the cherished daughter of the late Raymond and Georgia Harper. Lynda now joins in eternal rest with her husband, Robert Lee Fisher, her son Daniel Paul Fisher, and her grandson Timothy "TJ" Fisher. Lynda is survived by her children: Robert L. Fisher Jr. and wife Kim Fisher, Patricia D. Fisher, Howard Raymond Fisher, and Timothy D. Fisher and wife Terra L. Fisher. She was a devoted grandmother to: Alisha Fisher, Tiffany Wayne and husband Andy Wayne, Tyler Fisher and wife Lexi Fisher, Taylor Reeths and husband Seth Reeths, Dakota Fisher and wife Makayla Fisher, Gracie Fisher, Ethan Fisher, Taven Fisher and wife Haley Fisher, Matthew Fisher and wife Cassie Fisher, Kristina Vanway, Cassie Vanway, and Corey Vanway. Lynda was also a loving great-grandmother to: Parker, Kennedy, Keaton, Kendall, Karson, Pasley, Braxton, Emberly, Violet, Tucker, Avery, Allie, Jacob, Hanna, Owen, Brooklyn, and Andrew She is survived by her siblings: Denzil Harper, Renee Harper, and Chuck Harper; and was preceded in death by siblings Cheryl Harper, Bobbie Harper, Debbie Harper, Danny Harper, and Billy Harper. Lynda will be remembered for her lifelong devotion to her family, her unmatched strength, and her unique spirit. She was the cornerstone of her family-offering love in every season of life. Her presence will be greatly missed, but she will live on through the memories of those left behind. May she rest at last. A funeral service for family and friends will be held at 11:00 a.m Monday, August 11, 2025 at Bartlett-Nichols Funeral Home, St. Albans with Pastor Jerry Walls officiating. Burial will follow in Fisher Family Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
