Margaret Griffith Obituary

Margaret Ann Griffith, 90 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.
Ann was born on July 12, 1934, in Virginia, the daughter of the late Thomas and Edna Oliver. She was a graduate of Luray High School, and she was a homemaker. Ann attended Congregational Christian Fellowship Church and was a member of the Winchester Moose Lodge. Ann loved gardening and was a people person.
She married Floyd Cleveland Griffith on July 25, 1952, in Hagerstown, MD and he preceded her in death on December 9, 2024.
Ann is survived by her sister, Jeanette Oliver Miller of Lorton, VA; God daughter, Katherine Solenberger; God son, Harvey Grimsley, loving family members, Gay & Wayne Yowell, Judy Price, Heather Bailey (Tim), Ross Bailey, Holly Rudolph (Rudy), Kimber Rudolph and Harper Rudolph and nieces and nephews, Earl Nichols, Martha Susan Shackelford, Frank Griffith, Jr., Jerry Miller and Rhonda Susan Miller.
A visitation will be held for Ann on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 1pm with a service to follow at 2pm at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Entombment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum.
