Margie Faye Keller Hodge, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on March 5, 1950 in Laurel County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Keller and Martha Frances Sears Keller. Margie was united in marriage to Edward Wayne Hodge, Sr. on October 19, 1969, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her four children, Edward Hodge Jr., David Robert Hodge (Jennifer Mason), Betty Marie Engle (Anthony), and Deborah Lynn Hodge, all residing in London, Kentucky. Margie was also blessed with twelve grandchildren, Christian Hodge (Erica), Jonathan Hodge, Ashten Batchelor (Phillip), Brittany Yaden (Nathen), Lauren Hamm, Isaac Engle, Austin Engle, Candace Yaden, Megan Yaden, Landon Aguilar, Gabriel Aguilar, and Davida Hodge and four great-grandchildren,Hailey Lewis, Lincoln Lewis, Ronan Mink, and Brylan Cornett, who will cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her five siblings, Betty Ruth Scalf, Wilma Bentley, Millard Keller, Margaret Sue Keller, and Dorothy Brummett.
Margie was a faithful member of the Mount Zion Church of God and will be remembered for her loving nature and dedication to her family.
Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel, with Steve Yaden and Glenn Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in West London Cemetery in London, Kentucky, with Roger Miller officiating.
The family will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
Pallbearers: Christian Hodge, Jonathan Hodge, Cody Fisher, David Hodge, Rolando Aguilar, and Matthew Lewis.
