Margie worked most of her adult life as a secretary. Once she retired, she loved to paint landscapes, crochet, play bingo, and spend time with her grandkids. She lived in El Dorado Springs area the majority of her life.
Every weekend while her kids were growing up was spent with her sisters and their families, playing games and making homemade ice cream. Sunday lunch was spent at Grandma and Grandpa Hacker's house where there were great feasts and more card games.
Her house was always filled with laughter and joy. Holidays were a big deal with Easter egg hunts, a mantle full of Christmas stockings, or the biggest turkey she could find. The house was overflowing with loved ones enjoying the holiday feast which always included her homemade noodles, which were everyone's favorite.
