En el Año 1983, María logró su sueño de venir a Los Estados Unidos, siendo una mujer trabajadora y querer seguir siempre adelante ella desempeno varios trabajos logrando establecerse en Phoenix AZ. Fue muy dedicada a los trabajos que tuvo incluiendo su puesto de tacos. Maria despues fue jubilada a los 52 anos, su ultimo empleo siendo una fabrica empacadora de verduras. La familia crecio y Maria se convirtió en abuela de 34 nietos, y 63 bisnietos, y llegando así a su quinta generación con una tataranieta. María fue una Gran Mujer amada por sus seres queridos que deja atrás, aun así su familia siempre la recordará y continuará su Legacia.

Padres - Jesús Cano, Refugio Monge.
Hermanos - Ubaldo Cano, Ubaldo Cano Segundo, Guadalupe Cano, Manuel Cano, Gilberto Cano, Rafael Cano, Aurora Cano.
Hijos - Vicente Franco Cano, María Franco Cano, Cindy Flores Cano, Brenda Flores Cano.
Nietos - Jairo Grijalva Franco, Micheal Franco Fierro.
Sobrino - Daniel Cano Preciado.
