Marie G. Dickus (née DeVivo), lovingly known to her family as "Dolly," passed away on May 17, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina, just ten days shy of her 100th birthday.

Marie was born on May 27, 1925, in Harrison, New Jersey. She spent the majority of her life in Bloomfield, New Jersey, before later moving to Bradenton, Florida, and ultimately settling in Charlotte NC

She loved to travel, dance, and listen to music. She was known for her warmth, and her sense of humor.

She was predeceased by her husband, George Dickus, in 1989.

Marie is survived by her son Neil Dickus and his wife Sandra; her daughter Nancy Johnson and her husband Geoff; her cherished grandchildren, Jessica Inman (husband Jeremy), Melissa Ragaini (husband Richard), and Alex Steins; and her adored great-grandchildren, Kayden Prevost, Jackson and Kate Inman, and Dominic and Carmine Ragaini.

Private funeral services are under the direction of the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Ave, Harrison, NJ 07029.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Church 16 Church Square, Harrison, NJ 07029. A graveside ceremony will follow as her ashes are laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
