William Desmond Kisselburgh, affectionately known as Bill, passed away peacefully at home on September 2, 2025, in Eugene, Oregon. Bill was born on May 8, 1954, in Los Angeles, California, to Robert McKirdy Kisselburgh and Elizabeth Terry Ann Desmond.

Bill's early years in Los Angeles laid the foundation for a life characterized by diligence, creativity, and unwavering kindness. He graduated from John F. Kennedy High School and soon after embarked on a long and meaningful career as a Union Electrician with IBEW Local 280. His commitment to hard work and camaraderie garnered respect and admiration from his peers throughout his years of service.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bill's life was enriched by his devotion to his family. He found profound joy in his marriage to Sylvia Stock, who he married on July 6, 2014, in Sweet Home, Oregon.

Bill was a devoted father to his children, Christopher Desmond Kisselburgh (Alicia) of Sweet Home, Oregon, Joseph Alexander Kisselburgh of Vancouver, Washington, and Kate Jocelyn Kisselburgh of Lebanon, Oregon. His guidance and wisdom will continue to live on through them. His sisters, Diana Lee Decker, Helen Louise Coelho, and Roberta Ann McGann, will fondly remember him, and Bill's legacy further extends to his adored 16 grandchildren, with whom he cherished every moment.

Bill's Christian faith was a cornerstone of his life, which guided him in service to his community. He was an active member of Riverside Christian Church. His deep love for music, combined with his involvement in church activities, often saw him uplifting others with harmonious melodies and a warm smile.

Bill also found pleasure in travel, appreciating the beauty and diversity of the world. He had a skillful touch at golf, a game he greatly enjoyed, and his creative instincts found many other outlets in various aspects of his life. Generous with his time, Bill volunteered with numerous organizations, making a lasting impact on the lives of many.

Bill will be deeply missed, but the cherished memories and music he created will be treasured forever. Please join his family in remembrance at a Memorial Service to be held September 13th, 2025 at 11:00 am, at Sweet Home New Life in Christ, 1266 46th Avenue, Sweet Home, Oregon, 97386.
