Marieta Feliano Obituary

Marieta Valenzona Feliano, 58, of Killeen, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025. Marieta was born on June 18, 1967, in Cebu City, Philippines, to her loving parents, Jesus Feliano and Anunciacion Monderondo Feliano. She was formerly married to Bryan A. Cook and spent many years building her life and career in the United States. She pursued her passion for helping others through education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, training in midwifery, and becoming a certified phlebotomist. Marieta dedicated nearly two decades of service to Advent Health Hospital, where she brightened the days of both patients and coworkers alike. Marieta was known for her giving nature and unwavering support of those around her. She loved feeding people and always arrived to work or gatherings with food in hand. Her free spirit enjoyed spontaneous trips and relaxing days spent with friends. A lover of animals, she often kept dog and cat food in her car to feed any stray she came across. In her spare time, Marieta nurtured her garden and filled her home with creativity through arts and crafts. Marieta was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Anunciacion Feliano, her husband Bryan A. Cook, and her brother Patrick Feliano. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who loved them. She is survived by her daughter, Erika Feliano. Marieta also leaves behind her cherished siblings-Ben, Romeo, Jesse, and Aileen Feliano-who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
