She was born March 31, 1943 in Layland, WV and was the daughter of the late Melvin Lee and Edith Rose Stokes Hizer.
She was of the Baptist Faith and a retired healthcare provider.
Preceding her in death was her husband Milton "Woody" Lembach, Jr.; sons, David Lembach, Timothy Lembach and Kenneth Lembach; sister Judy Damron and brother Cletus Hizer.
Surviving are her daughter Brenda Rowand; son Jerry Lembach; grandchildren, Shaun Rowand and Sharon Shivers; great grand Ryle Shivers, Joshua Shivers and Kaliyah Shivers ;sisters Margie Trout, Diane Folks and Melvin Knotts.
Graveside services for Mrs. Lembach will be held Wednesday July 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville, WV with Pastor Clifford Stone officiating.
