She was the beloved wife of the late Donald G. Lyon for 56 years and the devoted mother of Todd (Gina) Lyon and Marc (Julie) Lyon. Cherished grandmother of Taylor, Kelly (Zach), Natalie, Victoria, Nolan, and Zachary, and proud great-grandmother of Remi.
Born on March 13, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Hoffman. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering love for her family, and the grace with which she lived her life.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, July 11, from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 noon, with burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati - Blue Ash Unit, c/o Bethesda Foundation, 10500 Montgomery Rd., Montgomery, OH 45242 in memory of Marvel M. Lyon.Online condolences may be shared at www.strawserfuneralhome.com.
