Mary Lynn Armer, age 63, of Hillsboro, TN, passed from this life Monday, July 7, 2025, in Tullahoma, TN.
Lynn was quick to smile and laugh and loved to play practical jokes. She was empathetic and quick to help others when she could. She said many times that she was blessed in so many ways. She enjoyed a career as a financial analyst with the Air Force at AEDC. She took the opportunity to complete her degree at MTSU. She had many good friends in the community, at work, and in at Hillsboro First Methodist Church. Most importantly, she was devoted to and felt blessed by her two sons. They too where devoted to her and were by her side through her two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer. Lynn was also tough and dealt with life's adversities with force and grace.
Lynn enjoyed her back deck. She loved sports. College basketball, especially UT, was her favorite. She and her sister got together every year and watched every March Madness game possible. There is probably not an episode of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit she has not seen.
Mrs. Armer is survived by sons, Justin Armer and Jeffrey Armer; brother, Mike Barlow (Karen); sister, Deborah Barlow; nieces, Jennifer Dellinger, Olivia Nacos (Grant), and Allison Coutinha (Kyle).
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 1:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Hillsboro Methodist Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hillsboro Methodist Church, 305 Winchester Hwy, Hillsboro, TN, 37342.
