Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Bianchi
Mary "Beth" Elizabeth Bianchi, 68, of St. Petersburg, FL went to be with her Lord on March 10, 2025.
She was born in Dearborn, MI on July 28, 1956 to Gene Bianchi and Helen Bianchi (Fitzpatrick). She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Criminal Justice, followed by Paralegal school in Atlanta, GA. She settled in Mary Esther, FL and lived there for over 20 years before moving to St. Petersburg, FL in 2015.
Beth lived her life in service of others- she stood up for causes she believed in and always opened her doors to those who needed a home (including the friendly neighborhood cats). She had a sense of wonder and adventure that led her to a life living on the beach. She was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan and a big supporter of the Tampa Bay Rays. She was honest, kind, thoughtful, hilarious, a cherished friend, and the best mom to her three children whom she loved dearly.
Beth is survived by her three children, April Parsons, Summer Parsons, and Jon Paul Carle, her sister, Barbara Juersivich, and many loving cousins and friends.
There will be a private burial held for immediate family members on Friday, March 21, 2025, followed by a Celebration of Life located at The Gulf restaurant in Fort Walton Beach, FL from 4-7pm on the same day and open to those who wish to gather and show their love and support for Beth and her family.
