Mrs. McNeill was a born February 27, 1929 to Grover Cleveland Harper and Mamie Eva Elam Harper. She was married to Howell Neil McNeill. She enjoyed many things in life but spending time with her family and friends was among her favorite things to do. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Mrs. McNeill was preceded in death by her husband, Howell Neil Mcneill, son, Claude Neil McNeill, parents, Grover Cleveland Harper and Mamie Eva Elam Harper, brother, Ray Harper, and her sister, Norma Lou Alexander.
Mrs. McNeill is survived by her daughters, Dianne McNeill Hydrick, and Norma Lynn Raymond (Sonny); four grandchildren, Denny Hydrick, Jennifer Gibson, Joey Hydrick, and Lt. Col. Jay Raymond; 12 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; many other family members and a host of friends.
Memorials may be made to Camp Kamassa, P. O. Box 520, Crystal Springs, MS 39059.
