Mary E. Noviello ObituaryMary E. Noviello, 89, of Neptune, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025. She was born in Asbury Park and was a lifelong resident of Neptune. She was a telephone operator for Verizon for many years before retiring in 1996.
Mary was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church (Mother of Mercey Parish) in Asbury Park and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She loved to garden, read, cook and take care of her family. She enjoyed watching EWTN.
She was predeceased by her husband, Alfonso; her siblings, Tony, Frank, Fred, Albert, Arthur and Arthur J. Cuccurullo, Louise Salustro, Susan Webster and Diane Valente. Surviving are her children, Vincent Noviello, Phyllis Ferraro and husband Angelo and Anna Marie Rogers and husband Christopher; 5 grandchildren, Brianne, Avery, Dominic, Sarah and Liam; her beloved nephew, James Petillo and many special nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 am Thursday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Asbury Park. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Neptune. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Monmouth County SPCA or to Pets for Vets. For condolences, please visit www.fiorefuneralhomes.com.
