MARY WILLIAMS

Mary Burton Williams, age 78, of Westminster, South Carolina, wife of the late Doug Williams, passed away on July 31, 2025, at Seneca Health and Rehabilitation.

Born on December 26, 1946, in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Henry and Aleen Turner Burton. Mary was known for her kind and nurturing spirit and served as a caregiver to many throughout her life, offering compassion and comfort to those in need.

She is survived by her nieces, Darlene Morrissette of Westminster and Carolyn Carter (Keith) of Westminster; nephews, Mark Burton, Josh Burton, Joe Burton; niece, Becky Burton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Doug Williams, her brother, Randall Floyd Burton, and her sister, Carolyn JoAnn Burton Carroll; her nephew, Gary Wyman.

Mary will be remembered for her selfless heart, gentle nature, and deep care for others.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Greater Life Worship Center.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mary's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association of The Upstate, 521 North McDuffie Street, Anderson, SC 29621. Condolences may be expressed online by visiting www.sandiferfuneralhome.com.
