Maxwell Louis Krueger, 24, died July 4, 2025 as a result of an auto accident in Baldwin, WI.

Maxwell (Max) Krueger was born October 27, 2000 to Chad and Erika Krueger. Max's sister Emily was soon born and the family made their home in Baldwin, WI. Max graduated from Baldwin-Woodville High School in 2019, after a memorable high school career that included marching band. He continued his education at CVTC, graduating in May 2021.

Max had immense joy for life, jumping into projects with enthusiasm and confidence. He enjoyed working on cars, both diagnosing them and fixing them. He had a true talent for getting cars running again. Max was an animal lover, and he was growing his duck flock. He enjoyed raising all of the animals at Krueger farm. Max had a hobby of 3D printing, which he quickly turned into a business. He also enjoyed woodworking, jewelry making, and crochet.

Max was in a long-term relationship with Kaylee Muller, sharing a great love and many wonderful adventures. The couple enjoyed spending time at Willow River State Park, weekly date night and enjoyed shopping together.

Max began a career in auto mechanics, most recently he was working for Baldwin-Woodville School District as both a bus mechanic and a bus driver. Max especially enjoyed interacting with the students and drivers, He will be dearly missed there.

Maxwell is survived by his parents, Chad and Erika Krueger; sister Emily Krueger (Andrew Diaz), girlfriend Kaylee Muller of Roberts, grandfather Dennis Krueger (Marilyn Anderson); grandfather William Naseth (Kate); uncle Rod Naseth (Mia); uncle Terry Naseth (Mary); aunt Kerry Jerred (Mike); cousins Camri, Sofia, Jon, Natasha, Madeline, Olivia. Also survived by his beloved church family, many friends, Max and Kaylee's dogs Luna and Flint, cats Wooly, Sokka, Katara, and his duck flock.

Preceded in death by maternal grandmother Mavis Naseth, paternal grandmother Bonnie Krueger, and cousin Kara Jo Smalley.

Max is holding the door to Heaven open for all of us, just as he would hold the door for all the students.

Please join us in celebrating Max with a Visitation on Friday, July 11, 11am-2pm, at O'Connell Funeral Home 1010 Newton Street, Baldwin.

His Memorial Service will be, Saturday, July 12, 11am, at Cornerstone Church, 1024 4th St, Hudson, with visitation one hour prior. Space is very limited at Cornerstone so the service will also be livestream to Peace Lutheran Church, 2084 County Rd N, Baldwin. Reception to follow the service, will be held at Peace, 12pm.
