Megan is survived by her son, Andrew Wade McCausley, daughter, Eveleigh Barnes and sister, Melissa Welker.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Kahlert Funerals & Cremations to assist the family with funeral expenses.
A celebration of Megans life will be scheduled at a later date.
