Melody Aguilar Obituary
Melody was born October 19, 1964, in Hailey, Idaho, to LeRoy Shipp and Mildred J. James Shipp. She grew up and attended schools in Hailey, Idaho, and graduated from Wood River High School.
On July 2, 1992, she married Ignacio Aguilar in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
She enjoyed fishing, camping, and drinking Coke.
Melody is survived by her husband, Ignacio Aguilar Sr. of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Yonisio (Kambree) Shipp of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Martin Shipp of Boise, ID; son, Ignacio Aguilar Jr. of Idaho Falls, ID; sisters-in-law, Filiberta Aguilar, Juana Aguilar, and Teodosia Aguilar of Idaho Falls, ID; and 9 grandchildren, Xavier, Lexie, Conner, Saul, Nevaeh, Naleia, Tavis, Tray, and Nariah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Mildred Shipp.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road in Ammon. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to the services. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
