Michael Armstrong Obituary

Michael Don Armstrong, 66, of Sherman, Texas, made his way to Heaven on August 6, 2025.

Michael was born on July 18, 1959, in Madill, Oklahoma, to Billy Warren Armstrong and Willie Otherine Armstrong. Mr. and Mrs. Billy Armstrong had 9 children: Bill Armstrong Junior, Terry Armstrong, Carol Bullock, Michael Armstrong, Doris Buffington, Steven Armstrong, Danial Armstrong, Greta Brock, and Gena Brown.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Bill Armstrong; mother, who went by the name Billie Armstrong; older brothers Bill Junior and Terry; older sister, Carol Bullock and brother-in- law, D J Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Armstrong; sisters, Doris Buffington, Greta Brock and Gena Brown; brothers, Steven Armstrong and Danial Armstrong; his two sons, Michael Armstrong Jr. and Cory Armstrong; his daughters, Lisa Scott and Amber Armstrong; and grandchildren, Addison Armstrong, Mason Armstrong, Kaitlin McBride, Kiara Scott, Kierstan Scott, Harlem Dunlap and Antunio Chess.

Michael served his Tour of Duty on the USS Texas in the US Navy and returned home to work the family furniture store, Armstrong Furniture and Armstrong TV as a certified Maytag service representative and technician for Spencer's Furniture.
