Michael Kondratovich Jr, 76, of Concord, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.
Michael was born March 5, 1949 in Sanford, North Carolina, to the late Michael Kondratovich Sr. and the late Ruth Kondratovich. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Michel, and brother, Al.
Michael was a quiet man who loved to travel, especially to air shows and National Parks. He traveled to air shows throughout the United States and Canada, Europe, and Australia. He also traveled to most of the National Parks in the United States. He was an avid photographer and had hundreds and hundreds of pictures of places he has traveled.
The graveside service in celebration of Michael's life will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, July 28, 2025, at Morris Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery, 8533 Cox Mill Road, Sanford, North Carolina, officiated by Randy Buchanan.
Survivors include his brother, Klement Kondratovich of CT, and numerous extended family and friends.
