Jimmy H. Ramer, 66 of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025.
He was born on July 30, 1958, in Andalusia, AL to James and Georgia Ramer. He graduated from Ocean Springs High School and attended MGCCC in Perkinston. He was employed for over thirty years for Cableman Inc. He served in the United States Navy. He loved baseball, Alabama football (most of the time), woodworking, and his dogs, Runt, Rufus, and Joe.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, James and Georgia Ramer.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ramer; children, Jeremy (Lauren) Ramer and Chad (Mary) Wilbanks; grandchildren, Caden, Ginny, Ella, Maddox, and Luke; Siblings, Debi (Bryan) McRae and Lillian (Chris) Vaughan; and dogs, Joe, Runt, and Rufus.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs, MS. Friends may visit one hour prior. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
