He is survived by his brother Randy Mitchell and wife Becky, and sister Cindy Lange and husband Wesley, all of El Campo; nephews Spence Mitchell and wife Lisa of Needville, and Slade Mitchell and wife Tiffany of Sweeny; nieces Taylor
Gullo and husband Grant of Montgomery, and Paige Ansley and husband Joel of Rosenberg; great nieces and nephews Brylee, Bryndal and Brody Mitchell, Grayson, Beckett and Cannon Gullo, Luke and Crew Ansley, Cole and McKenna Christian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and infant brothers Glen and Francis Mitchell.
Visitation will begin 9:30 am Friday, June 13, 2025, at Triska Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 10:30 am. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Dalton Ervin officiating. Interment will be at Holy Cross Memorial Park.
Serving as pallbearers are Spence Mitchell, Slade Mitchell, Grant Gullo, Joel Ansley, Brody Mitchell, Cole Christian and Clark Charbula. Honorary bearers are his great nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Michael Lynn Mitchell may be made to Houston Hospice-El Campo.
