Born on Friday, February 2, 1973, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michael was one of two sons of Roy and Diane (Kuechenmeister) Rhodes. From the moment he arrived, he brought joy and warmth to those around him.
A proud graduate of Mount Clemens High School, Michael went on to work as a skilled machine repairman in the manufacturing industry. He shared a special bond with his father, Roy, a proud veteran and member of the local AmVets organization. Together, they created cherished memories bowling together in the league-moments Michael treasured deeply.
Michael had a passion for NASCAR, especially cheering on racing legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. He found the racing world entertaining following the thrill of the sport. A true homebody at heart, he spent countless peaceful hours with his beloved canine companion, "Sweetie."
Michael is survived by his loving parents, Roy and Diane Rhodes; his brother Edward and sister-in-law Janet Rhodes; his niece Emily (Dan) Blair; and his nephew Jacob Rhodes. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his loyalty, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Harold W. Vick Funeral Home, 140 South Main Street, Mount Clemens, Michigan.
