Michael is survived by his wife, Roxanna Wade; sons, Chad (Gracie) Wade, Justin (Brittane) Means; daughter, Jessica (Ben) Ballinger; brother, Tony (Rachel ) Wade; sisters, Cindy (Steve) Hamm, Jamie (James) Snapp, Lisa (Ricky) Courtney, Becky (Art) Snapp; grandchildren, Allison (Cody) Ellington, Austin (Sammie) Wade, Victoria Jones, Caroline Means, Finley Means, Noa Clare Means, Dylan Harris, Marlee Harris, Silas Harris, Micah Harris; great-grandchildren, Jackson Ellington, Sophia Ellington, and Willow Wade; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Monday, July 14, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Ware Funeral Home with a visitation the evening prior on July 13, 2025 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Ware Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 1317 US HWY 62 E., Cynthiana, KY 41031. View and sign the guest book at www.warefuneralhome.com.
