A faithful follower of Jesus Christ and American patriot, Nancy was preceded in death by her parents William Fred and Velvie Pearcy, brother Fred Pearcy, and sister Ericka Pearcy Hollyfield.
Nancy deeply loved her family and friends and is survived by son Brian Neely, grandchild Nicholas Neely, nephews Ryan Pearcy and Jonathan Hollyfield, grandnephew Markus Hollyfield, and grandniece Vivian Hollyfield.
Nancy was well-known for her friendly personality and was employed by the Wise County Health Department at the time of her passing. Previous employers included Friendship Home Medical and Mountain Empire Older Citizens.
Visitation for Nancy Neely will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Roy A. Green Funeral Home in Appalachia. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, July 6, 2025 at American Legion Cemetery in Powell Valley. As there will be no procession, please meet at the cemetery and casual attire is suggested due to the anticipated heat.
