Nancy Scala Obituary

Nancy Jean Scala, 92, of Inverness, FL, passed away on August 2, 2025, in Lecanto, FL. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, on September 12, 1932.

Nancy attended the Art Students League in New York City and graduated from the New York School of Interior Design. At one time she owned a floral shop in New York City, after graduating from the New York School of Floral Design. In her working career, she wrote computer programs used in Europe and the Orient. Nancy spent her retirement doing computer animation art. She loved life.

Nancy had written a few words to be shared upon her passing; "I am full of happiness and love going to the Lord. I've been very blessed with the friends I have met in this life, but this journey is over. I go now on another journey as I feel in my heart that my spirit continues on. God bless you."

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 8, 2025, at Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, FL. Interment will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens in Beverly Hills, FL at 3:00 PM.
