Nestor “Toy” Perez, Sr., 74, of Levelland passed from this life on December 22, 2024. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Krestridge Funeral Home with the reading of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, December 27, 2024, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.
Toy was born on November 23,1950 in Mercedes, Texas to Jesus and Trinidad Perez. He graduated from Mercedes High School and attended South Plains College. He enjoyed listening to oldies and Tejano music. He loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren, watching football and enjoyed life with laughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Juan Perez, Pepe Perez, Hilario Perez, sister, Lupe Guerra and son, Nestor Perez Jr.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife, Frances Perez; children, Fernando Enriquez Jr., Michelle Ruiz (Freddy), Jessica Enriquez, Jesse Perez (Eva) and Chris Perez (Joanna); brother, Luis Perez (Lisa) along with fifteen grandchildren and numerous and nieces and nephews.
