Nieko Leon Lacey, the son of Alexander Lacey and Keyaira Delancey, was born on May 19, 2025 and gained his wings on July 11, 2025.
Nieko enjoyed being in his swing and was not a fan of bath time. He loved having coffee dates with his dad and his Grandpa Zac and play dates with his Gigi.
Nieko is preceded in death by his great-grandma, Cora Mason; great-great-grandma, Hope; grandpa, Kevin Lacey; and uncle, Joshua.
He is survived by his parents, Alexander and Keyaira; his grandma, Carol Mason; his grandparents, Zac Anderson, Samantha Graham, Jessica and Steven Delancey; his great-grandparents, Greta, Randy and Debbie; his aunts and uncles: Asher Bell, Zack Lacey, Kevin and Thomika Lacey, Shane and Dana Lacey, Skiler and Paizleigh Delancey, Dalton and Emily Kissinger; Ashley, John, Shayla, Lizzie, Haley, Bella, and Ana; his great-aunt, Patty; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation for friends and family will be held Monday (July 14, 2025) from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m.
Burial will follow at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carol Mason to help the family at this difficult time.
