Belill, Norine M. - a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025, at the age of 99. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11AM on Friday July 18, 2025, at Ss. The family will receive visitors at church on Friday from 9:30AM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles and Helena Church.
Born on January 13, 1926, in Flint, MI, Norine lived a life filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering spirit of kindness that touched the hearts of everyone she met. Norine attended and graduated from St. Joseph Academy, an all-girls Catholic boarding school, where she cultivated her strong faith and values. She married the love of her life, Kenneth "Keno" Belill, on June 2, 1945. Together, they built a loving family and created countless cherished memories. Norine dedicated many years to serving her community as a bus driver for the Clio School District. The children adored her, and her affection for them was evident in everything she did. She was much more than a bus driver; she was a nurturing figure who brought joy and warmth into the lives of her passengers.
A devoted member of St. Charles and Helena Catholic Church, Norine actively participated in her community through her involvement with the Red Hat Society, Eagles, and Moose. Her zest for life was contagious, reflected in her love for fishing at the family property, bowling, working out, and engaging in spirited card games with friends and family. Norine's heart of gold and positive outlook on life were hallmarks of her character. She never complained and always sought to uplift those around her. Her greatest joy came from family; she was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Surviving are: Children: Connie Rivett, Tom (Janet) Belill, Renee Oechsle, Joe (Kathy) Belill and Ben Belill. She was blessed with 13 grandchildren many great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren. She had many good friends. She is preceded in passing by her husband, Kenneth "Keno" Belill; Parents, Edwin and Genevive O'Reilly; Brothers, Mike O'Reilly and Denny and Don O'Reilly.
