Sally is survived by granddaughter Melissa and husband Mike, granddaughter Ashley and husband Taylor, great grandchildren Kacie, Brooke and Brayden, Roady (pip squeak), Leeta and Jr. Son David, Son in law Jim and daughter Terri (deceased).
Proceeded in death
by Raymond and Mina(parents) Robert(husband) Terri(daughter).
A special thank you to Sally's team she had with hospice Brittany(Nurse) and Liz(CNA). It may have only been for 3 short weeks but she and family absolutely adored and loved her nurses and was truly grateful for their love, kindness, friendship and comfort on her final weeks.
