Oscar Mosley Obituary

Oscar "Bubo" Mosley, Jr., age 57 of Minnie, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. He was born September 9, 1967 in McDowell, Kentucky to the late Oscar "Nig" Mosley & Alma Moore Mosley. He was the husband of Tina Marie Compton Mosley. He was the correctional officer for Southeast Correctional Officer and a firefighter. Along with his wife he is survived by his Dogs: Miley & Princess; Sisters: Shirley (Terry) Hall of Minnie, Kentucky, Billie (Roger) Fultz of Martin, Kentucky, Jackie (Clint) Cleveland of Alabama & Helen (Ray) Jones of Louisiana; Nieces & Nephews: Mikey (Jo), Hayden (Chloe), Hunter (Maddy), Stevie (Trish), Hailey, Nick, Kailey (Nick), Karsyn, Kayson, Kamryn, Austin, Addison, Terry, Darlene (Kevin), Kes, Karlee (Zach), Gunner, Elizabeth, Kyle, Chase, Christian, Jamie (Brad) & Jamison. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his Sisters: Freda (Charlie) Castle, Connie Scott & Janice Nailor. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Visitation will begin 6pm Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 6pm at Drift Pentecostal Church, Drift, Kentucky and will continue all day Monday, July 7, 2025
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 11am at the church with burial to follow at Chaffins-Mosley Cemetery, Minnie, Kentucky
