Pamela Sue Green, 74, of Gnadenhutten, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Claymont Health and Rehabilitation in Uhrichsville, Ohio. Born July 3, 1951 in Dennison, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late John James "Minnie" and Mary Jean (Markovich) Russo.

Pam grew up in the Twin City area where she was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Church. She attended St. Mary's School before transferring to Claymont High School, graduating in 1969. She worked for several area businesses over the years, most recently Family Dollar in Gnadenhutten. She loved playing Bingo and cards, enjoyed watching sports – especially cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, and most of all, spending time with her family whom she loved dearly.

On February 14, 1976, Pam married Leonard L. "Thunder" Green who preceded her in death on November 13, 1986. They were blessed with a daughter, Teresa Green, who preceded her mother in death on January 3, 2022. Pam is survived by her siblings, Paula (Rick) Celestino, Patty (John) Hunter, and John (Beth Burdette) Russo; nieces and nephews, Mitch (Tawnya) Celestino, Heather (Rob) Wolfe, Lora (Bobby) Toker, and Haley (Josh) McPeek; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney and Sophia Risley, Mia and Skyler McPeek, and Jet and Meadow Toker.

Father Jeff Coning will officiate an 12:00 p.m. memorial service on Tuesday, August 19, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Her family will receive callers from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service. She will be interred, along with her daughter, beside her late husband in St. Mary's Cemetery near Dennison. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activities Department of Claymont Health and Rehabilitation, 5166 Spanson Dr. S.E., Uhrichsville, OH 44683. Pam's family are deeply grateful for the outstanding care she received at Claymont Health and Rehabilitation while residing there over the past four years.
