It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Pamela Jean Nease, affectionately known as Pam to her friends and family. Pam passed away peacefully, on May 16, 2025, in Duncan Oklahoma. She was born on February 21, 1954, to her loving parents, Billy and Janet Brymer. Pam grew up surrounded by the warmth and vibrancy of a close-knit community. Her life was a testament to the love she cultivated and the lives she touched. Services will be at 2:00 pm, Friday May 23, at Glory Bound Church with Rev Dale Nease and Rev David Woods officiating, with reception to follow at the church hall. Services are under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home and Cremation, and are open to the public.
Pam's laughter was infectious, and her ability to uplift and encourage others shown throughout her creative pursuits. Shopping brought her pure joy as well as an opportunity to connect with others. You likely would not catch her without Chico's apparel or a stylish pair of shoes she had found at The Shoe Bazaar. Her home and kitchen were a sanctuary where she delighted family and friends with her culinary delights, from her legendary tacos to her tangy spaghetti sauce. As an interior designer at heart, she transformed her home into a haven filled with vibrant pieces that reflected her eloquent style. Pam's business, Divine Inspirations, brought the local community together as the women carefully created colorful, vibrant outfits encompassing unique details. She also created and tailored beautiful sets of nails while holding the hands of her clients whom she called friends.
Pam's life was rich with love and joy, a fact most evident, in her beloved family. She shared an enduring romance with her husband, Frankie Keith Nease, and together they raised a family that was her pride and joy. Her legacy lives on through her two sons, Joshua and his wife Rachel Nease, Micah and his wife Erica Nease, and daughters Amanda and her husband Shawn Wood, as well as Natalie Carolina. Pam's family was the center of her universe as she was the unwavering beacon in theirs.
The joy in Pam's life multiplied with the arrival of ten grandchildren: Annabella, Kaleb, Kyndall, Lucus, Abigail, Alanah, Audrey, Asher, Madelyn and Joshua. She instilled in them the importance of family, and encompassing love for others. Each grandchild held a special place in her heart, as she cherished every moment spent with them. She is preceded in death by her parents Billy and Janet Brymer, as well as her beloved son-in-law Andre Carolina.
Please join us as we say goodbye to Pamela Jean Nease, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a heart that was given freely and fully. Her memory will be cherished, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who knew her. Pam's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the enduring bonds that tie family and friends.
