Paula Feavel, age 64, passed away on June 11, 2025, at Care Partners, as a result of life-long health issues. She was born on December 24, 1960, in Kaukauna to the late Mark and Joann (Degeneffe) Niesen.
To know Paula was to love her and her witty spirit. She loved to play bingo, play cards and loved to sing.
She is survived by her sons: Jesse, William (special friend Crystal) Vander Steen, and Tyler Vander Steen; grandson Elliot; siblings: Russell Niesen, Linda (Dan) Mc Cabe, Amy Niesen, Julie (Brian) Wieland, and Keith (Jackie) Niesen; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Terri Niesen.
Heartfelt thanks from Paula’s family to Paula’s care teams. Care Partners: Brook and the staff there were truly amazing in your care of Paula. St Croix Hospice: Krista and the whole team, we cannot say enough to thank you for the compassion, empathy and respect you showed her during her transition from this life into the next. Lakeland Care: to Danielle and her team who helped me navigate what needed to be done and helping to give her quality of life.
We are in awe and will forever hold Paula’s care team in our hearts. Thank you each and every one of you for going above and beyond for Paula.God Bless You All!
