Patricia "Patty" Ann Bowen went home to Jesus on July 2, 2025at age 83.
Patricia was born to Julia Horn Jordan and Oakie Horn on April 11, 1942 at Calf Creek, Inez, Kentucky.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, and wife,Patricia also loved singing in the choir, attending church (at Turkey Creek Church of the Nazarene), and working in her flower beds around her home. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.
Patricia joins her husband, Daniel Bowen, her parents, Oakie and Julia, and her sister, Angie Bowen, brother in-law Haskel Bowen Sr., and brother in- law Raymond Hinkle in Heaven. She is survived by her son, Marty Bowen, her sister, Garnet Jordan Hinkle, and her brothers Rickie (Wanda) Horn & Mike (Bonnie) Horn. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews whom she loved very much. Along, with her special caregivers, Wanda Horn and Jordan Hinkle who were very special to her and cared for her throughout her illness.
Exodus 23:20 "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared."
Arrangements for viewing will be handled by Callaham Funeral Home in Inez, Kentucky.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 5-9PM. (5-6 for close family and friends)
Funeral services will be held at Callaham Funeral Home Friday, July 4,2025 at 1PM.
Burial following the funeral at the family cemetery at 36 Oakie Drive Spur at Calf Creek, Inez, Kentucky. All family and friends are welcome to attend all events. Any food or additional support can be brought to her home.
