Patricia Ann Cutts, 85, of Decatur, passed away peacefully at her home in Decatur on Saturday, June 21, 2025. She was born October 18, 1939 in Alameda, CA to Helmut G. and Virginia M. (Malcolm) Rothling.
Pat's world revolved around her family. She never missed an opportunity to support her children, whether it was volunteering as president of the PTA, or coaching cheer while her husband coached football. Pat worked as a teacher's aid, moving from elementary, middle, then high school so she could be present for her kids throughout their educational years. Pat reveled in the fact that she was the "neighborhood mom" and often was referred to as "mom" or in her later years, "nana" to her children's friends and fellow students.
Pat will be missed by her daughters, Debbi Krieger, and Brenda (Tim) Tortorelli; her grandchildren, Brent Tortorelli, Amanda (William) Card, Robert Conway, Sam Conway, and Elizabeth Krieger; her great grandchildren, Haidyn Tortorelli, Colton Card, Wyatt Card, William Conway, and Sloan Conway; and her sister, Barbara Bodkin.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Cutts; and her parents.
The family will be handling services privately.
