Patricia Deaton, 49, of Jackson, Kentucky, departed this earthly life on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
Born on March 12, 1976, in Hazard, Kentucky, Patricia was a loving homemaker who was truly the life of the party. She brought joy and laughter wherever she went and had a gift for making those around her feel special. Patricia cherished the simple pleasures in life-soaking up the sun, going shopping, spending time with family and loving on her two beloved dogs. Above all, she adored her grandchildren and treasured every moment she spent with them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gareth Herald and her brother, Donnie Stamper.
She is survived by her daughter, Lindsay Noble; her mother, Lena Mae Stamper; brothers, Darrell Deaton (Helen) and David Deaton; sisters, Carolyn Deaton, Vickie Henson (Mason Jr.), and Shelia Smiddy; and her beloved grandchildren, Kayden Clemons and Lucas Clemons.
Family and friends will gather to honor Patricia on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the funeral home. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM with the funeral service following at 12:00 PM, officiated by Chris Turner.
She will be laid to rest in the Ed Stamper Cemetery at Morris Fork. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Patricia's warmth, humor, and boundless love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
