Patricia LaNell Duke, 67, of Warner, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 15, 1958, in Bakersfield, California, the daughter of John Barnes Duke and Marion Elizabeth (Ford) Duke.

Patricia graduated from Arvin High School located in the southern part of the San Joaquin Valley in California. She worked as a laborer holding several different jobs related to hospitality.

Patricia was truly crafty. She had the skill to inspire creativity and was capable of turning something out of nothing into something extraordinary. She enjoyed camping, fishing and shopping. Most of all she cherished the time spent with her family, friends, children, grandchildren and beloved cats.

Survivors include her children, Steven Mack and his wife, Pasha of Big Cabin, Oklahoma, Jodi Mack of Warner, Oklahoma and Kati Mack of Pryor, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Shane Mack, Adam Mack and Chloe Mack; one great grandchild on the way; two brothers, Richard Blakley and his wife, Beverly of Indiana and David Blakley of California; her sister, Brenda McCelland and her husband, Gale of Texas; a cousin, Tina Cox of Warner, Oklahoma and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

Her parents, John and Marion Duke; her biological mother, Ruby McCraw and a son, Adam Mack, preceded her in death.

Honoring Patricia cremation is planned. The family will conduct their own Celebration of Life for Patricia at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hunn Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 211 W. Okmulgee St., Checotah, Oklahoma 74426.
