Patricia Jean (Reed) Goodenough, age 63, of Burbank, Oklahoma, passed away on July 4, 2025, at Ponca City Medical Center. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Trout Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by David Barbee. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
Patricia was born on July 26, 1961, in Keene, New York, to Lynn and Mamie Reed. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose greatest joy in life was caring for her family. Patricia worked as a housekeeper in the cleaning industry, and took pride in her work, and the life she built with her loved ones.
She loved gardening, watching TV, and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored. She loved going to her grandchildren's sporting events to cheer them on.
She is survived by: her loving husband, Neal Goodenough; her son, Neal Jr.; her grandchildren, Tanner and wife, Aeriel Goodenough, Trevor Goodenough, and Hayley Goodenough; and her great-grandchildren, Maverick and Merrick Goodenough. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends, who will miss her dearly.
Patricia was preceded in death by: her parents, Lynn and Mamie Reed; and her sisters, Lucinda Reed of Alabama, and Belinda Ramirez of Houston.
Patricia's memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
