Funeral services for Janet Patricia (Pat) Rainey are Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday 12:30 p.m. until service time. Interment is at Mt. Olivet Cemetery McKenzie.
Mrs. Rainey, 90 years old, died Thursday, January 9, 2025, at her residence in Chester Co. She retired from EW James & Sons, McKenzie Deli and Bakery Dept. She is a member of Pinson Church of Christ. She was born in Detroit, MI on July 16, 1934, to Joseph Beecham and Annie Patrick Beecham.
She is survived by her daughter June (Mike) Bridges of Enville, a stepdaughter Marcia (Jerry) Baucum, stepson Jeff Rainey all of McKenzie, three grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, four great grandchildren, 15 step-great-grandchildren, and several step -great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Dorris Rainey, a daughter Doris Jeanette Moore, two stepdaughters Susan Drewry and Linda McMackin, one step granddaughter.
