Patricia Louise Walden, 75, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on July 12,
2025.
Born on August 24, 1949, in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Francis and
Mary Mudd. Patricia devoted over 30 years of her life as a legal secretary, where her
professionalism, dedication, and work ethic were admired by many.
Above all, Patricia loved her family deeply. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her
grandchildren, whom she adored and loved to spoil. Her warmth, laughter, and nurturing spirit
will be remembered always.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, George Paul Walden; siblings, Frances Victoria
"Vicky" Coverdell, William "Bill" Mudd; brother in laws, Joseph Green and Ray Coverdell.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Walden (Daniel Mayer); son, Lewis Walden (Jennifer);
siblings, Betty Brown (Paul), Joyce Mudd, Ray Mudd (Regina), Susan Green, Harry Mudd
(Ginger), Larry Mudd (Margie), Thomas Mudd (Mary Ann), Dennis Mudd, Joseph Mudd; along
with 3 grandchildren, Zachary Holmes, Paul Walden, Abby Walden, and a host of nieces and
nephews.
