She worked as a Nurses Assistant for over 45 years. She retired in 2011. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter Debra (Jeff) Daniels and her "other" daughters, Tina Streeval, Amanda Garrett and Elizabeth Rios. Her grandkids Christopher (Lexi) Zeigler, Ryan Evans, Jared (Jami) Evans and Jason (Tammy) Daniels as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Shirley Bloom, Sharon Whitehead, Ellen Lawhorn, Rhonda Whitehead and Glenna Cox. Her life partner David Day, and grandchild Jerica Evans.
Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life held Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. location yet to be determined.
